Celebrating Leadership and Innovation—Budihardjo Iduansjah at the Asia Leaders Awards Indonesia

In a historic milestone for leadership and unity, Asia Leaders Awards celebrated its first international ceremony in a groundbreaking event, honoring leaders in Indonesia and the Philippines.
Budihardjo Iduansjah is the Chairman of the Indonesia Commercial Tenant Association (HIPPINDO), representing 330 members, including prominent brands such as Alfamart and JCO.
He also serves as the President Director of Marco Group, which is deeply involved in the distribution, retail, and manufacturing of tools and home appliances under brands such as Marco Home Store, Rumah Kita, and Sentra Electronic.
Budihardjo is a founding board member of multiple esteemed organizations, including the Indonesian Household Association (PEKERTINDO), the Indonesian Local Brand Association (AMIN), the Association of Indonesian Suppliers for Modern Trade (AP3MI), and the Association of Matahari Suppliers Club (AMSC).
Asia Leaders Awards: Celebrating Luminaries in Indonesia
Marking its seventh anniversary, the Asia Leaders Awards hosted a prestigious ceremony on October 9, 2024, in Jakarta, Indonesia. This landmark event honored ten exceptional leaders whose contributions have significantly impacted society.
In her keynote address, Andria Terese Nicolas, CMO of Rising Tigers Magazine and VP of Tag Media Group, expressed the significance of the occasion:
“As we take another big step for Rising Tigers and as we are now making a name for our leaders on the global stage, this is a testament to our growth and achievement in nation-building. We are grateful to everyone who has shown strong support and to our leaders who inspire our countrymen across Asia.”
The ceremony gathered a distinguished audience of Filipinos and Indonesians, with the awardees celebrated for their dedication to leadership, innovation, and nation-building. Among the honorees were:

Andria Terese Nicolas highlighted the significance of hosting the event in Indonesia:
